“First timer to this facility. Name on bldg is Johnson Controls(my broker had Tyco Fire Products). Arrived on 9/19/24 @ 12:24pm for a 1pm Appt.. Off service rd headed north 1st driveway, after turning onto go to end and turn left to fenced gate. Stop and push intercom button to communicate p/u info. Given Dock# 7 immediately,but was told all were @ lunch till 1pm. Shortly after lunch was over Live Loading started. Not sure about restroom availability but could ask if needed. Loader will come out with BOL’s when done and give you a bolt seal to put on before leaving. I put a couple of straps on to secure some skids. I departed @ 2:24pm. All personal were professional and very proactive. Thanks to all for that and the speedy service. Overnighting might be possible on driveway into facility, but on the way to, saw a fairly large and new Loves truck stop nearby on southbound side of I-27 maybe couple miles away. Location is out beside airport so lots to see as planes are steadily landing and taking off. *Update 9/20/24: Unfortunately had to drop a couple rating stars after delivering to Johnson Controls in Coppell, TX. Was told by Bob the forklift operator who had unloaded me there were pallets tipped over up in nose and loose product on floor. I had noticed while being loaded, the side of trailer bulging out and noises like finger-nails on a chalk board in that area. Also saw minor damage to bottom edge of trailer wall with a small puncture to metal guard probably from a tip of fork of forklift. I had a couple of straps already inside trailer and more if needed ,but none were used or requested by loading operator. I installed the 2ea straps myself to areas I could see needed them.”

“I always deliver there a container load from Houston port. I stay there overnight and soon as I come to check in to deliver they take me in and start right on it. They really good and hard working people. They are awesome people and friendly shipping and receiving from 8am to 430 pm they will take you in.”
