Vonberg Plumbing Heating And Ac Llc

Vonberg Plumbing Heating And Ac Llc handles HVAC and plumbing work for homes and businesses around Lubbock. The company covers cooling repairs, heating installs, replacements, and routine checks along with plumbing fixes like leaks and fixture work. They stock parts from brands such as Carrier, Goodman, and Daikin and keep regular hours from eight in the morning until five in the afternoon Monday through Friday. Service reaches into the nearby Levelland and Smyer areas as well as broader West Texas spots.

Customers call when air flow stays weak on one side of a house or when an old unit needs full replacement. One job involved adding ductwork and insulation after the first visit showed the original setup could not push air evenly, though the owner still ended up using fans in some rooms. Another customer needed a larger four-ton unit swapped in and paid less than the first quote received elsewhere. Rick has kept the pipes running in an older home for years with clean and quick visits. Keith handled an outdoor faucet swap the same day it was reported. Whitney took a holiday call for a dead air conditioner and lined up a tech for the next morning.

The crew shows up on time, answers questions directly, and keeps costs reasonable compared with other bids. They return fast when something breaks and stay in touch through the whole job. Reviews note the same points again and again: honest answers, steady work, and no runaround on scheduling. The business stays closed on weekends so jobs line up during those weekday hours.

“This is the most responsive, honest plumber I've ever worked with. I have an old house and Rick keeps everything flowing and going over here...and has for years! High-quality work at a very fair price and always done quickly and cleanly. I won't use anyone else!”

“They did an awesome job always willing to help very much recommended”

“Our unit was not pushing enough air to the west side of our home. We considered maybe having a mini split, but we were told our unit was large enough to service our home. The service tech recommended we get all new ductwork to help distribute the air, as well as insulation put in. Yes, they were pretty old. We even had extra vents put installed. It didn’t work they came out to check it and added sensors to the side of the house that was registering 80degrees. Well here we are still using plug in fans, running our ceiling fans and now our unit works so much harder trying to keep one side of my house cool. My bathrooms are stay really cold, one bed room is always cool and the kitchen is always hot as well as the den area. It’s frustrating that we are not even into the hotter summer days and I cant keep the house cool. The service guys are nice but we just can’t get this corrected.”

“Professional, prompt, and personable. We had a bid to replace the HVAC unit in our house with a 3.5 ton unit for $10,800. That seemed high to me. So a family member referred us to vonBerg. They installed a 4 ton unit for $8900. Savings and a bigger and thus more efficient unit!! This translates to more savings. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work or installation.”

“Whitney at VonBerg went above and beyond to assist me with a broken AC on a holiday. She was able to answer all my questions and schedule a technician to come out first thing the following morning. Highly recommend using this company for any and all HVAC / Plumbing needs.”
