“These guys are top notch. Called this morning. Mike was here within an hour and two and had my up and running in no time. Very friendly and sure didn't mind answering any questions that I had. I will use them from this point forward and recommend to all of my friends.”

“It's pretty comical how bad of business men Wendall & Sons Refrigeration are. Not only will they not install your equipment correctly, but when you attempt to contact them to have them come and fix what is incorrect, they first start by assuring you that a tech will be there soon, then being the great businessmen they are, they refuse to answer your call ever again. We also attempted to call from another number in which they answered exactly one time and same story. "Assured" a tech soon and then must have stored the number to not answer cause then refused to answer that phone. I'm not an individual either. This is for a full sized corporate restaurant. DO NOT TRUST THESE MEN. Especially if you are not interested in your business throwing away money for poor service and even poorer business ethics. And yes, our invoice is 100% paid in full and had been at all times we tried to reach them. So that is not the reason for such poor ethics. I can only assume that this is just their business model. I wish I could rate a 0 star. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.”

“Extremely unprofessional business people. Was trying to turn in to a business (on 06/07/2019), and the guy diving the F250 with fresh paper tags on it, pulls up just feet away from our bumper so we can't see oncoming traffic. Then he proceeds to just constantly flip us off until we turn, and the entire time we're turning. All so he can't get to the smoke shop across from Sutherlands. Definitely not who I'd want representing my company.”
