Western Mobile Air Of Lubbock Llc

Western Mobile Air Of Lubbock Llc runs HVAC work in Lubbock, Texas, with a focus on mobile home heating and air systems. The company lists its address at 1825 N University Ave and keeps hours from 8 in the morning to 6 in the evening Monday through Friday, 8 to 3 on Saturday, and closed on Sunday. Reviews name Eric Martin and Larry as the main people customers deal with on jobs. The business handles service calls for air conditioning and heating equipment in mobile homes, including full replacements and repairs that come up after initial installs.

Customers describe jobs that start with new AC system installs that later freeze up or lose airflow. Some report making well over a hundred calls across nearly three years with repeated missed appointments and no fixes on warranty items. Other customers say the company handled their air conditioning needs across more than ten years, sending crews that arrive on time, replace entire pieces instead of single parts, and finish with cleanup. One crew drove 90 miles the same day to handle a heat related issue after a home purchase. Technicians have shown up, checked equipment, and completed same day replacements at prices described as reasonable with warranty coverage.

Work patterns include on time arrivals for some calls and same day completion of replacements when parts or full units are needed. Pricing comes up as fair in positive accounts, with updates given during the job and final cleanup done. Service reaches beyond the immediate Lubbock area, as shown by the long distance response. Other accounts mention six months of attempts to schedule with promises of afternoon visits that never happen and phone calls left unanswered or unreturned. Hours limit Sunday work entirely.

The overall record shows a Google rating of 3.7 from 6 reviews. Recurring topics cover both quick on site fixes with warranty and repeated problems reaching anyone or getting promised visits completed. DIRT Score 1.9 from 6 reviews on Finds.

“He installed our ac system brand new. We’ve had trouble with it freezing up and not blowing very well from the very beginning. Have called him well over 100 times in two almost three years!!! Keeps making appointments and never shows! Eric Martin is ann unbelievable, dishonest person. If you’re looking for their warranty work to be warranted good luck. People like him shouldn’t be in a customer based workforce. 0 stars”

“The fine folks at Western Mobile Air for taken care of all our air conditioning need for over 10 years. They are always prompt, courteous, and fail on thier pricing. They do a great job from scheduling the service, updating the customer on what is going on and completing the repair to the final cleanup. I would highly recommend them!”

“Extremely impressed with the folks at Western Mobile Air! We purchased a home (from a reputable dealer) that was set during the colder winter months last year which made it difficult to “really” test.. Knowing this, Larry gave us his number and told me to call him if I had any issues. Inevitably when this West Texas heat hit it got a bit unpleasant so I reached out. Larry sent his crew 90 miles one way to take care of us that same day just like he promised, so a huge thank you to Larry and the rest of the crew at Western!!!”

“Technician arrived on time, checked equipment and advised what we needed to replace. Got it all replaced same day and at a reasonable price with warranty. Eric is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Thanks for service.”

“He worked really hard on getting out to us and replaced the whole piece not just a part. That way we didn't have to worry if something else went wrong.”

“Have been attempting to get someone to look at an issue for 6 months, and after being promised a visit in the late afternoon, phone calls to check on this supposed visit have neither been answered nor returned.”
