They did high quality work in a timely manner and within a reasonable price range. All of their technicians were extremely knowledgeable, respectful and professional. We had an issue after the install and they came back immediately to remedy the issue. We are very impressed and will definitely be going with them again for our HVAC needs. We definitely recommend going with EH&C!”

“oh my goodness, sometimes the only way you can really tell the quality of the business you are dealing with is when there's something anomalous, some mystery to solve! EH&C were not daunted at all, they stood by me and were so knowledgeable about what it could be, even though it was outside of their specific scope of practice: they put me in touch with an electrician they knew could advise on this sort of issue, and after three Alectra visits it turned out that it was an issue on my super old electric service mast! It was then I knew I had the right people for my new heat pump. Now I'm all cool for summer again, and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend these people!”

“had a really great experience with Environmental Heating & Cooling when our hot water heater stopped working. They came out, figured out the problem, fixed it, and we haven’t had any issues since. The technician was fantastic. He didn’t just do a quick fix and leave he actually took things apart, cleaned everything, and really looked into what caused the problem. He tested our air quality before and after. He took a bunch of photos to show us what was going on and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. I learned more about how hot water heaters work in that visit than I ever thought I would. Also nice that he was local. It just made the whole experience feel more personal. just really thorough honest work. No pressure, no upselling. someone who clearly knows what they’re doing and takes the time to do it right. “My first call to Environmental Heating & Cooling, was with Brian. He listened to my concerns about my A/C problem and gave me a few helpful suggestions to troubleshoot the problem, which were helpful. He said they were understandably busy, there had been a few hot days recently, but assured me they would try to fit me in asap. As promised, a technician showed up within a couple days and gave me a heads up by phone when to expect them. The tech. fixed a wiring problem on the unit and performed numerous other tests to determine the reliability of my system, all very professional.
