911 Air Repair LLC

911 Air Repair LLC works as an HVAC contractor based in Maricopa. Their main trade centers on keeping homes cool with air conditioning systems. From what the details show, they operate right in the city and handle everything from basic fixes to full unit changes. The heat in this part of the country means AC units run nonstop, so local crews like this one stay busy with regular maintenance and emergency calls. Homeowners here face constant strain on cooling equipment due to long summers and dust buildup that clogs filters and coils fast. The company takes direct calls or texts for service and offers free in-home estimates when a full replacement comes up.

They handle standard HVAC services such as diagnosing no-cool issues, recharging systems low on refrigerant, replacing worn compressors, and installing new units when old ones fail. Work usually starts with a site visit to check the existing setup, followed by clear options on repairs versus replacement without pressure. In Maricopa the extreme temperatures push systems hard, so crews often deal with frozen coils, fan motor burnout, and thermostat problems that leave houses uncomfortable in a hurry. They focus on getting the right parts on site quickly and testing everything before leaving to avoid repeat visits. This approach suits the local climate where a breakdown can turn dangerous fast if not addressed the same day.

Customers rate them high across the board for fast response times when units quit during peak heat, solid quality on both repairs and installs that hold up, and straightforward pricing that avoids surprises on the bill. Communication stays direct with updates on what needs fixing and how long it will take. The volume of feedback shows consistent results in getting homes back to comfortable temperatures without delays or callbacks. DIRT Score 4.86 from 1710 reviews on Finds.

“This is going to be a lengthy detail review. This was the best experience I had with any recent big purchase. From the beginning Jose was the best. He walked me through everything and answered a million questions I had. I'm very hesitant to make such a huge purchase but Jose insured me with the purchase. Like everyone else I spoke with family and friends about AC prices and companies they recommended. Did a ton of research and thankfully, ended up with 911 Air Repair. Their install was gorgeous and the five man technician team who came out to install both of my new Trane air conditioner, furnaces and thermostats were great. Very professional team. Thanks again, Alejandro, Elias, Jaime, Luis and Rey. Now to how this whole thing started and the installation schedule. This all started with ”

“I was quoted ridiculous prices by Goettl so I called around for a second opinion. I called 911 Air Repair and they were able to come out and give me their opinion on what was needed. Response time was very fast! Their prices were much more reasonable and Alberto was straight forward and honest about what was needed. He then offered to make the repairs even offering to stay late if need be. I scheduled him to come out a second time (I didn’t want him to work late on a Friday night) and that second appointment was made quickly. Alberto was amazing, personable, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend 911 Air Repair.”

“Thank you, thank you, thank you. From start to finish 911 Air Repair has been amazing to work with. Every person I met and corresponded with were polite, professional, knowledgeable and unbelievably helpful. The gentlemen that completed the repair did a great job being early and working nonstop to complete everything. They completed my request within 24-48 hours while I am still waiting on the warranty company that has taken 2 weeks waiting on parts. It's 111 degrees today and I can finally sleep in my own house. Great experience overall.”

“Just got our new Trane HVAC system installed today by 911 Air Repair, couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend them. Thoroughness and Professionalism!”

“Jose came to inspect and give me an estimate. AC had been out over a year. His estimate was on par with others, actually a little less for a Trane 4 ton instead of a 3.5 as quoted by others. He explained why a 4 ton was better for my home and that it wasn't costing me more. I also received a 3% discount for wiring the payment vs using a credit card. He thoroughly explained what they would do and why as well as provided it in writing with pictures. He explained they would register for the warranty and provided warranty through a 3rd party that would transfer with home should I sell and still be in place should they no longer be in business. He communicated well and was responsive. Once I had funding secured he had advised he could get people out within 48 hours to do the work. However he c”

“Excellent and quick service. Jonathan came out first thing in the morning when I put in request at midnight on Saturday. Did a full diagnostic, gave us all the information and knowledge we could need to understand our situation. Appreciate the transparency, expertise, and good work! He went the extra mile, helped us find our warranty and now will be using 911 Air Repair as our only vendor!”
