Climatec Mechanical LLC

Climatec Mechanical LLC handles HVAC work out of Maricopa, Texas. The crew focuses on keeping homes comfortable through the long hot stretches that hit this part of the state every year. They carry full licensing, bonding, and insurance, which covers the electrical side of HVAC jobs as well as the mechanical work. Homeowners around Maricopa call them for systems that must run hard against summer temperatures that climb well above one hundred degrees. The company stays ready with trucks stocked for both new installs and repairs on units that break down when the heat peaks.

Technicians at Climatec Mechanical show up to replace aging compressors, recharge refrigerant lines that have leaked, and set up whole-house units sized right for Texas square footage. They also run new ductwork in additions and swap out thermostats that no longer hold settings. In Maricopa the ground shifts and dust gets everywhere, so the crew pays attention to sealing connections and checking airflow after every job. Electric service for high-voltage equipment gets handled at the same time when needed, keeping one crew on site instead of multiple visits. Regular maintenance calls catch worn belts and dirty coils before they turn into no-cooling emergencies on the hottest afternoons.

Homeowners in the area count on fast arrivals when the air quits during a heat wave, clean work that leaves no mess behind, and prices that stay steady without surprise add-ons. Communication stays straightforward so customers know what the problem is and what it will take to fix it before any tools come out. Quality shows in systems that keep running through the next season without callbacks. DIRT Score 4.27 from 18 reviews on Finds.

“In a panic, I found and called Climatec. Ray came quickly to the rescue and got our furnace back on track. Not only is he fast, thorough, and fairly priced, but he also has a fantastic sense of humor which made a stressful situation considerably better. If I need more work done in the future, Climatec is gonna be my first call.”

“My main breaker went out and needed to be replaced. His communication is A+++ and made sure i got power back in the house”

“It’s refreshing to work with a family-run HVAC company that puts integrity and customer care first. Ray’s honesty, professionalism, and kindness truly stood out. We’re grateful to have found him and will be recommending him to everyone we know.”

“Ray showed up at 8pm to help me with HVAC issues, I was waiting all day for some big company to show up but Ray literally came over in 15 minutes and fixed it. Absolute champion. Additionally he even helped me learn a thing or two about my issues with the unit. Solid, professional, efficient and super friendly. Legit reccomend if you need a local expert.”

“I’m a real estate investor that uses a lot of skilled trades people. Ray is by far one of the most skilled and professional people I’ve ever worked with. In a world where it’s hard to just get people to show up and work, Ray shows up and shows up on time. To add a cherry on top his workmanship is the best I’ve seen. I would almost call it art. He pays attention to the details and gets the job done right. Would highly recommend!!”

“Fantastic experience. Called a 24 hour service before him and they weren't available. Called Climatec and they were at my house in under 30 minutes. He saw my House was blowing air but not getting cool. Ran voltage tests everywhere and found the issue was a common wire in the attic was improperly spliced and wasn't sending power to my outside fan so the entire thing wasn't starting up. Went up in my cramped small attic in the summer and got my house down to 70 degrees. Wants to help people, not afraid of doing the work that needs to be done. Not a giant corporation wanting to sell. 5/5 Will work with him again.”

“Hello, I found this company for my mom who lives in Arizona. I live in another state. My mom is elder and not computer savvy! I called multiple companies, most were not available and those who were the cost was outrageous just to go out to her residence. CLIMATEC mechanical came out, found the issue and explained to me and my mom in detail, with an reasonable dispatch fee, which was later deducted from the total cost. I recommend this company hands down! Especially for the elder, he also gave us a senior discount. Thanks for your services!”
