“Diego and his crew are the best you can get. Had a AC emergency and he came out after hours and got me going until I replaced the unit. Gave me a great price on a whole system install and I’m super pleased. The crew that came were polite and answered all my question. Worked efficiently in the summer heat to get my system installed. Cleaned up after they left like they were never here. Would recommend these guys over anyone in the area. Side note, they did a generator install and an electrical panel upgrade a year ago and same thing. Don’t look any further for your ac or electrical needs. They are the BEST!!!!”

“Frontz electrical may do good work when they show up. I can attest the customer service and messages relayed to a waiting customer leaves much to be desired. I called at the recommendation of a neighbor. I was advised by the lady answering the phone it would be 2-3 weeks before I was scheduled for an electrician to do the work at our home. I waited 2 weeks and called for a follow up on timeline. I was told by a lady that answered the phone that they misunderstood what kind of work I detailed previously, and that the head electrical manager would call me to schedule. No call back. I waited another week and was told by a guy answering the phone that he would relay the message to the lady who answers the phone. No call back. I called a week later and was advised they were sorry and would have the head electrical guy call me back the next day. No call back that week. Monday the following week I get a call from a guy who advised that they were booked out for the month of September! I advised him to disregard my request for their services as I cannot believe that they wasted a month of my time telling me it would be 2-3 weeks for my job to start only to wait a month to be told it would be another month.”

“I am so please with the Work and system that they installed in our home. We previously had a system put into our home from Sears. When they installed the system they just didn’t seem to have the integrity that Diego and his crew of workers have. Sears came and basically just through a new system in. We asked if they would put an extra vent in the livingroom and they did put one in but put it in going the wrong direction. The vent face the wall. Smh. That was twelve years ago. Diego and his crew came into my home and not only installed my system but went the extra mile to check the duct work and how things were routed. We have lived in our home for over 14 years. We have never had such a more balanced system. He fixed the problem of one room being more cold or hot verses the other. We a talking major difference in a few rooms. Anyway he wasn’t asked to do that. He took it upon himself to make sure that things were right and we were happy. I did not get that service from Sears.
