“Five-star experience; we highly recommend HilCo Air Conditioning & Heating We received a great deal, and the installation team delivered truly top-tier service. They went above and beyond to make sure we were fully taken care of throughout the entire process. Our home has a two-system setup (east and west), and we just replaced the west-side unit, which was more than 20 years old. During the installation, the team noticed issues from a previous HVAC install done by a prior owner’s contractor. Some of our attic ductwork had been damaged, and HilCo repaired it for us as part of the job. They also brought the flue for the new system up to current code, helped us choose the right smart thermostat, installed it, and made sure we were comfortable using it before wrapping up.
