ROCK CITY ROOFING INC

ROCK CITY ROOFING INC handles HVAC work from their base in Maumelle, TX. Homeowners in this area face long hot summers that push air conditioners hard along with sudden winter cold snaps that test heating systems. The company focuses on keeping those units running through regular service calls and full replacements when older equipment fails. Local weather patterns mean dust and humidity build up fast inside coils and ducts so techs end up cleaning and tuning systems several times a year just to avoid breakdowns during peak heat.

They handle full HVAC installations for new homes along with repairs on existing setups such as swapping out failed compressors or fixing refrigerant leaks that leave rooms too warm. Crews also run maintenance visits to check thermostats and clean filters before the worst weather hits. In Maumelle many jobs come from homeowners whose units stop working right when temperatures climb above ninety degrees so the crews prioritize same day responses to restore cooling. They deal with ductwork fixes too when air flow drops off in older houses and they replace entire systems when the original equipment can no longer keep up with demand.

Customers keep coming back because the crews show up on time and explain what broke without extra jargon. They stick to quoted prices even when extra parts turn up during a job and they follow through on callbacks if something needs another look. Speed on emergency no cool calls and solid quality on installs stand out in the feedback along with straightforward talk about options and costs. DIRT Score 4.78 from 250 reviews on Finds.

“Rock City roofing was amazing! I have a large and very steep roof. I would have been very happy if they got it done in 3 days but the got it done in 2 days! I also have 2 formers and a covered back porch. When they left the yard and driveway looked like they had not even been there. Dean William and his crew were extremely nice and very professional. Do NOT hesitate to give them a call !”

When the insurance adjuster came out and I couldn’t be there, Mr. William Dean met with him on a Saturday morning and made sure all the problem areas were pointed out. Mr. Dean was professional, responsive, and always available to answer my questions throughout the process. The crew worked hard, finished quickly, and cleaned up everything around the house when they were done. Together they had a check written in 1 day and a new roof completed in 2 days. Skilled workmanship and clean up was thoroughly done. I would highly recommend, and I’m in the construction business.”
