“As always Texas Airzone took care of us! Father’s Day at 4:00 our drain pan overflowed due to a blockage and dropped gallons of water on our dining room ceiling causing the Sheetrock to separate! We weren’t sure what to do and cut the power and water to the house. The technician Greg showed up and got us back up and running and we were able to spend the night in our home. Great office staff and great technicians!”

“I scheduled an appointment with Texas AirZone to service my upstairs HVAC units. The technician who serviced my address, Frank Rodriguez, was extremely knowledgeable about the issues affecting my HVAC system, and gave me a great thorough list of maintenance tips and suggestions for future reference. He correctly identified the blockage in both the primary and secondary lines and was able to clear the obstruction with precision and speed, and demonstrated to me the contents of the block while instructing me on how to clean and maintain the unit to prevent future obstructions. Additionally, he outlined a succinct and effective plan for replacing the rusted through drip trays, and was very transparent and descriptive with the pricing and mechanical theory behind the work being performed--he explained exactly why it had to be done, how it would be done, when he would be able to procure the relevant parts, and the associated cost for each task. I greatly appreciated the thorough and efficient work provided by Texas AirZone and Frank Rodriguez, and I plan to continue to employ their services for future needs.”
