“George just left our residence and did an absolutely amazing job coming in and making repair on our AC unit. Another company called five star HVAC quoted us a cost of over $10,000 to completely replace a unit. He advised us that that the situation described by the previous company was exceedingly rare and in his over one decade experience in the trade, he had only seen that particular instance twice. He came in he replaced the capacitor on our AC unit and was kind enough to go into our attic to give us the correct sizes of filters to replace our filters, as well as replace some leads in our AC unit. George is a professional through and through and I would highly recommend Frosty's HVAC for all repair needs. I am glad to see some companies still put people over profits.”

The unit (R-22) that runs the upstairs of my home was blowing warm air and the technicians my warranty company sent out simply walked around then gave me a huge quote to replace everything ( which of course warranty company wouldn’t pay). Omar came out and spent considerable time walking through the system with me step by step until he isolated the problem. He gave me multiple options for how to address the issue and was able to repair it same day. I highly recommend Frosty’s HVAC and caring technicians like Omar to anyone!”

He was incredibly thorough, showed me measurements, and explained everything about the systems that I should be aware of. Pointed out deficiencies in the systems, distinguished which ones were high priority items, and installed a missing float switch in the attic. Great service.”

“Reached out to this company several times due to AC issues. They were contracted by my home warranty, but they've never answered the phones in 4 days. I understand this weekend was an holiday, but 3rd (Friday) 6th (Monday) 7th (Tuesday) still no response. Finally after about 20 attempts and message sent, the home warranty company stated they finally got a hold of them but does not service Midlothian area. Thanks for wasting time in this hot weather to atleast get my unit assessed and repairs. Will not recommend solely on the lack of communication this company has.”
