“I had a very disappointing experience with this company. When the technician came to inspect my AC, he immediately commented that my thermostat was set “too low.” I asked whether it was too low for the unit or simply too cold for him personally, and he admitted it was because he was uncomfortable. That interaction alone felt unprofessional and dismissive. The experience only got worse afterward. 1 month later after he inspected my AC (which confirms he did not do the job correctly the first time), when my family member repeatedly called him regarding recommended cleaning of the evaporator and condenser coils, his response was essentially, “Get the person who looked at it to clean it. Why are you calling me?” The tone was rude, disrespectful, and completely lacking in customer service. As a paying customer, I expect professionalism, clear communication, and respect. Instead, I felt dismissed and spoken to in a condescending manner. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for courteous and professional HVAC service.”
