What Customers Say
“This company’s quality of work is extremely poor. I discovered that a lot of the outdoor wiring was done using wire nuts and left completely exposed to the weather. This is unsafe, unprofessional, and shows a lack of basic electrical standards. I would not trust them with any electrical work. I did contact this company and left messages and they never call back.”
“This is in response to the owner’s reply to my previous review. To date, I have still not received a call from the owner or management regarding my concerns. I previously communicated that I was seeking a refund of the $50 emergency service fee, as I was charged with the understanding that my AC unit would be repaired either the same day or the following day. Unfortunately, neither of those commitments were met. Another proposed resolution was for the company that ultimately repaired my AC to provide documentation outlining what was actually fixed. However, that documentation does not address my primary concern. My complaint is not about the repair itself, but rather the emergency service fee I paid based on the expectation that the issue would be resolved the same day or the next day—which did not happen. I have been waiting for management to contact me since missing a call from the manager on June 18. I was informed that he leaves early on Thursdays, and when I called back, I was told that management had already provided a resolution and that I could either accept it or move on. I even asked whether management intended to speak with me directly, and was told that they had attempted to return my call twice. However, I only received one call. The phone rang three times, and when I answered, the call was disconnected. I returned the call within 30 seconds and was then told that the owner was unavailable for the remainder of the day. At this point, I am simply asking for communication and a fair resolution so that I can move forward. Unfortunately, after waiting more than a week, I still have not had the opportunity to speak directly with management or the owner.”
“My new build home was installed by Air Innovations. When I first moved in, it was apparent that the Upstairs/Downstairs thermostats were mixed up - no big deal, they came out quick and fixed it fast under warranty. When I went to drain my lines I noticed the dehumidifier line was bone dry. After a few hours, I realized when they fixed the upstairs/downstairs thermostat issue, they had not enabled the dehumidifier setting on the other thermostat meaning I had not had my dehumidifier run for 3.5 years. Furthermore, I noticed they never removed the yellow warning tag which clearly says it should be removed before use. I called and emailed last Monday with a follow up last Wednesday to highlight this is a learning scenario for them and was told I would receive communications from management. I guess I can take the hint that they aren't interested in hearing what I have to say. Update: Added a star as they were able to make it right and send a tech out at no cost who was able to properly review the issues with my system and make sure it’s working properly now.”
“Needed some repair work on one of my units, so I called Air Innovations since they did the install. Great service and efficient diagnosis of the problem-a bad capacitor. Chad did a great job. Other than being great technician, he’s an all around good human being-we need more Chads in the world.”
“Emiah and Francisco came out to resolve several TM home warranty issues. They were awesome! They resolved all the issues quickly. They showed respect for my home and explained everything they did in detail. Thank you Air Innovations for sending a great team to my home.”
