“February 2024, I had an entire HVAC system installed by Air Masters, which I included a warranty. A few weeks ago, I noticed it was hot in my home so I contacted Air Masters, who promptly sent Wade, repairman to assess and diagnose my system. Upon receiving the warrantied part, Daniel came to change out the defective one with the new part. BOTH guys were extremely professional, polite, as well as knowledgeable of my new system. Good leap never called back and Air Clinic connected the wrong wire to ports, ripped out a wire and left screws, told me that they didnt know how to repair and now, costing me to have to replace a compressor motor. Dugger brothers said that they couldnt get the part because they weren't dealers or delt with the suppliers... SOMETHING THAT MADE NO SENSE. I'VE BEEN OUT OF AIR 10 DAYS....But things are looking up thanks to Airmasters. I feel confident that they'll get the job done”
