“I can’t thank Artic One enough! My A/C wasn't working/cooling and Gus and Rick came over, they diagnosed the issue quickly, explained the repair clearly, and had it back working that same day. They were super friendly and got the work done! Highly recommend!”

“2nd edit (4/19/26) I have had my AC for two years now. Still paying for it, by the way, and the fan stopped working. I tried contacting them, the number on Google does not work. I tried calling Noe who is an employee who sold me the AC and got it installed, call goes to voicemail. I drive to their location of business according to Google, there is no sign of the business being here. I went through their Google photos, and found a different number. They are not answering, I'm assuming because it's Sunday, but Google says they are open 24 hours everyday. I had to pay Mighty Mike's 155 dollars yesterday for a diagnostic and the fan could cost me another 200 because the AC unit I have does not source their parts locally...I will be calling Artic 1 tomorrow hoping for a resolution. I'm upset I had to do a lot of work to find their number. Edit to my newest experiences: I've had several follow-ups done. However, it has become a trend that I have to call to set one up (when I was told i would get called). The day of the appointment comes, and the team is always late, and I have to call to find out what the delay is about. I understand things happen, but these are several occurences in a row. The people are kind, but the communication and punctuality need work. Gentleman was very nice and thouroughly explained what he did with photos. I've been looking into replacing my system, and he was kind enough to provide me with quotes and the payment process.”
