“Patrick was knowledgeable, and took care of the problem in a timely fashion. Of coarse the problem was a result of not having a maintenance contract. Never again. Duel Temp is my new company of choice. Update: David, and the team here today addressed a number of problems that Patrick identified on the emergency vist. A new oil tank was installed and a number of outdated, poorly functioning parts were replaced. I don't think I've ever heard the furnace operating so quietly. David explained to me that Dual Temp offers a combination heating and AC service contract that I will definitely be taking the company up on, after I've had a couple of months to bounce back on the finances.”
