“I needed a third quote for making a choice on who to hire for installing a new a/c heat system ,so I found 5 star HVAC Contractors while doing a web search. I had a good feeling about the sales rep that showed up at my house and liked the idea that he was a service tech for years. The install happened the very next day and was completed within 8 hours. The team of four guys were all super courteous and were respectful of placing plenty of drop cloths on the wood flooring. The sales rep came by the next day to inspect the work of the install and helped me set up the wifi connection of the new thermostat. This was just an overall good experience. Jim”

“5Star is the best. Needed a few things explained and the owner had gladly explained everything that I did not understand about the installation. The guys all worked very hard on the day of installation and it was a very rainy day. At the end of the day they found a problem with the thermostat but promptly got another one and stayed late to make sure everything was working properly when they left. I couldn’t be happier with installation and look forward to having them come for system checks twice a year. Many thanks to all. My house is very cool and comfortable now.”

“Pedro came out earlier than the appointment, worked quickly, and got my AC back up and running. Other AC companies will come in, immediately sell you on a new unit. Pedro was just interested in getting us up and running, then sharing his concerns. I will definitely continue to use this company. “It took like 30 minutes to fix. I had a friend and a colleague say they used the same company through Yelp and they didn’t get charged a service fee but I did. That’s probably my only negative. Price was good. $700 versus ac unit not working I’ll take it lol”
