Justin came to my house December 31 to do my biyearly Service, they did a great job checked everything out and found that my heater pack was rusted. I didn’t have a quick disconnect or search protector on my main unit upstairs. They gave me a price quote to have one installed. So now I’m having to work and save some money so I could get the job done thank you, Justin. For a fantastic job. And your professionalism Latest update November 12, 2025 My blower motor came in. My coil came in. They replace both and my air conditioner is back up and running. The crew was here for five hours. Getting everything done. Checking and Richard. Checking That Everything. And I’m glad I found this Company carrier certified. I don’t know why the carrier. Company didn’t refer me back to them when I reached out six months ago and when I reached out a year ago. The Elko air-conditioning. Company did a terrible job. They didn’t listen to me. It’s a homeowner and they did whatever they want and not what was supposed to be done. And once again, the owner of Elco is a very nice and respectful gentlemen. But Junior, who’s running the Business, is everything the opposite of his father. He’s disrespectful and inconsiderate and doesn’t take the homeowners into account. They spent 10 days. Just swapping up the air events for new ones. I said I would update my post from a few days ago and as I stated yesterday, a technician just came to our house and installed a temporary portable air conditioner, which we installed in one of the bedrooms and position, all of our portable fans to push air properly through the back half of the house, cooling down the bedrooms and hallway on this side of the home this morning. Our home is manageable. It’s reading 81° in the hallway which was reading 88°. Two days ago. So again, thank you. Frontier air conditioning for Coming to the rescue. and helping us out because I’m assuming the Parts won’t be here probably Until Wednesday when I have an appointment to hopefully get the work done that they have to do to correct the screw Ups from Elko air conditioning Who cleaned our coils? Who stated I didn’t have to replace the coil who came out a month after they did the job and still stated that everything is fine. To find out two weeks later that it’s not i’m very disappointed with Elco. The owner is a very fine gentleman, but I have problems with the person running the business. Currently who’s far from professional and holds the homeowner responsible for everything and doesn’t take responsibility. Anyhow, shout out to frontier air. I have not yet met the owner, but hopefully Will before the end of the project. i’m of a Generation that I like to know who I’m working with Good afternoon. A technician named Justin showed up to my house at 5 o’clock this afternoon with a portable unit to cool my house bedroom.Down and I’m sure it’s going to cool down the hallway a little bit also towards my daughters room also Anyhow, someone had texted me and said they would see if they could get something out here and I guess they did. So I truly greatly appreciate that. And I look forward to Monday finding out when the Parts for my home will be in so that hopefully we could get everything up and running by Wednesday. We’ve been out of. Due to the poor job of the Company called Elko As I stated, was out here three weeks ago and supposedly checked out my unit and said everything was fine and because of the cleaning of my coils that they did 2 1/2 months ago It made the coils begin to leak, which really was the tipping Point of me, knowing that I would never use them again, and I’m looking into Figuring out how I could”
