“Our family recently accompanied my father to an appointment with Dr. Villegas, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. First, the physician appeared to be reviewing incorrect medical information and discussed my father’s condition as though only one of his kidneys was functioning. This was inconsistent with my father’s actual medical records and caused unnecessary confusion and concern. We were shocked that such a significant error could occur during a specialist consultation. Second, despite not being my father’s rehabilitation physician, he made definitive statements regarding my father’s long-term recovery prospects following a stroke. We felt these comments were outside the scope of the visit and were delivered without appropriate sensitivity. Most concerning was the manner in which my mother was treated. When she attempted to ask questions for clarification, she was told, “I am not going to repeat myself.” The interaction felt dismissive, disrespectful, and unprofessional. At one point, he raised his hand toward her face in a gesture that we found inappropriate and unsettling. What troubled us most was that this experience occurred with a physician affiliated with a highly respected hospital system (DHR). We expected a higher standard of professionalism, accuracy, and patient care. Instead, the combination of apparent errors in the medical information being reviewed and the manner in which our family was treated raised serious concerns regarding the quality of the consultation. We understand that physicians have demanding schedules and difficult conversations to navigate. However, patients and their families deserve accurate information, respect, and compassion. We hope clinic management reviews this feedback and takes the necessary steps to ensure future patients and families receive a more professional, respectful, and patient-centered experience. We will NOT come back and , we surely DO NOT recommend this physician.”

“Dr. Villegas is an excellent doctor. He is highly educated and trained and still extremely down- to- earth. He has and is treating my husband for many years. His diagnoses are spot on . He makes the treatments bearable and most likely has extended my husband's life by 10 years. My husband is still going strong, thanks to Dr Villegas and staff. One more thing. His time in the exam room is extensive and never rushed. He is thorough and he listens. Thank you Dr . Villegas, you are an excellent doctor.”

“I would like to Thank Dr. Villiagas very much from my Bottom of my Heart. He a very young Doctor and has more experience with the newer Technology. Now a days . When I first met him he explained everything with alot of patience I was very impressed with him. He speaks from his heart to help people out there. I would recommend him to anyone. I understand that he sometimes takes long to see you but people don’t always understand he has alot of patience to help out. I have lots to talk about him but only have so much to write Lolol. “Dr. Villegas was a blessing to David Garza Jr. He took care of his problems . Very knowledgeable compared the other older Dr we saw first that was very old school. He was no help at all. Dr. Villegas is the very best Urologist they have at DHR. We we recommend him to anyone that needs a urologist.”

“Dr is never available. My grandmother always saw the medical assistants and quite frankly they don't know what the heck is going on. My grandmother needed to have a procedure with a camera done and gave a urine sample 2 days before. She was sent home with a catheter for 2 days and in pain. Only to come in and be told it could not be done because she had a uti. If this information was known when she gave the sample why was she not prescribed antibiotics when she came in initially 2 days prior. The assistant had no response and stayed quiet. Bad patient care. If you can go anywhere else but here unless enjoy wasted time and being in pain because they will not care for you at all.”
