“I don't even know where to begin. We came across constant issues with the building process. From running the draining to the wrong side of the home for the septic tanks(I had to change my plans on building in that area), to using LP siding instead of my hardy board (I ended up letting them continue using LP since half the home was already wrapped), ceiling designs that were already approved but they did not want to honor until we had a verbal argument. Ground was not treated so we had termites within months. Cracks along the pillars due to moisture, expanding wood column's, (they never bothered to repair it during the 1 year warranty). Floor tiles not aligned correctly. Grout cracks between the tiles again they never bothered to fix the issues during warranty. They 100% know about the issues I've had. Several individuals have come to inspect the home with false promises to come the following week to fix issues. Kitchen cabinet doors are warped. I have done my own repairs already and continue to do so. There was no quality control throughout the process. I was told the son was in charge of my home and was pushed off to construction manager than the owner . Very disappointed with overall experience, I would definitely not recommend this construction company to anyone.”
