“In one word, OUTSTANDING! Tate Tibbitts (owner) actually listened to me when he showed up to give me a quote for a new HVAC system for the whole house. He took the time to measure the rooms in my home to determine how big a system I would need. He called me a day after sending me the quote to see if I had any questions. Which of course I did, and he patiently answered them all. Ultimately I chose Max Home Performance to install a complete heating and AC system in my home after getting a few quotes. Shout out to Steve Bruno (Project Manager) and all of his staff. They were all very respectful, kind, had a smile on their faces every day, showed up on time to work and just overall pleasant people. Cleaned up any minimal mess they made with respect to cutting sheetrock etc. Steve explained things when I had questions or concerns. He was so patient with me. It became a morning ritual that we had a pow pow for just a few minutes each morning about the project and what I should expect. Final invoice came in on budget. No surprises! “There's a lot of kudos for Tate and I'm sure he's as wonderful as all the reviews say he is. However, Tara and Mike are also awesome and life savers! They saved me from a subpar HVAC company that left me with no heat during the deep freeze of February and no ETA to help me. I started calling other companies around 7:30am and Tara picked up right away and her and Mike called around for parts and got to my house within hours. “Professional and efficient, these guys are the way to go. Tate saved my tail after being without heat for 2 weeks. I had multiple people look at my boiler and pipes, but they could not figure it out. Tate took a look and was able to diagnose the problem almost immediately (the pipe valve control was having issues communicating with the boiler).
