“I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Dr. Flores. My grandmother’s in-person evaluation showed she was above average for her age with no major concerns. Less than a week later, Dr. Flores called saying her health was “rapidly declining” and insisted she needed to be placed in a rehabilitation facility for over two weeks. When I asked questions or requested other options, he became rude, contradicted himself, and eventually hung up on me. Right after he hung up, I called my grandmother to tell her not to sign anything and to leave, because he kept insisting she had already signed and that I had no say. While I was talking to her, I could hear him mouthing off in the background to the point where my grandmother felt uncomfortable and hung up to keep the situation from getting worse. I do not understand his motives. The next week, another physician came to evaluate her for the rehab placement and was confused about why it was being pushed. They said she tested above average and was too healthy to even qualify, and that admitting someone in her condition would not be appropriate because she is far too independent and healthy for that level of care. Based on my experience, I do not trust Dr. Flores’s professionalism or judgment and will be switching my grandmother to a new doctor immediately. I strongly recommend families pay close attention and ask questions—but in my experience, be prepared for the possibility that he may respond in a disrespectful or unprofessional manner.”

“Worst experience ever. The staff is very nice but the man that holds Dr credentials… Is a jerk, rude, cocky, arrogant! As a patient we have a right to refuse treatments. He didn’t like that! He talked so bad to us after we refused lab work! He has no professionalism and no values with patient care! To top of it off - he said “YOUR CRAZY”. Don’t go here. Look for a real professional caring Dr that will let you have a voice. It was his way or no way. He literally walked out and left us there! Only cowards walk away! 🎤”

“Great doctor very informative and down to earth. Got tested for Covid-19 in August was positive & was given the antibody treatment. Dr.Flores checked in with me afterwards to make sure I was feeling better!! Great doctor!!!”

“Went for bloodwork test results today and after waiting an hour and 45 minutes I had the gall to complain about the wait. Dr. Flores responded with a very condescending “you’ll get over it’. I asked him if he would reimburse me for my time and he asked me if I wanted the money or my test results. I said the results so he scanned the paperwork and said everything was normal and then tossed the paperwork across the desk towards me and then basically dismissed me from the office. I asked him if he was the owner of the business (knowing full well he is) as I was leaving and he said no the owner is “Bugs Bunny”. I have never been treated this badly by a “professional “ in my life. I would highly recommend going elsewhere!”

“Rudest Medical Professional I’ve ever seen in my lifetime. Very unprofessional in front of Staff and EMS, who was called out for a call to have patient transported to hospital. He doesn’t like to be asked questions, or interrupted fails to comprehend the importance of report from caregiver to caregiver. Would not recommend this so called Physician. He has horrible bed side manner and has a superiority complex. Establishment was also run down and disgusting.”
