“After dealing with the frustration of 3 other companies that failed to properly diagnose and fix my AC unit, I finally found 4 Seasons — and I wish I had found them sooner. From the very first call, owner Hector Treviño took the time to actually listen. He let me explain everything I had been through with the previous technicians and companies, and he never made me feel rushed or dismissed. That alone set 4 Seasons apart. They arrived exactly when they said they would. Their team thoroughly evaluated my unit and caught something other techs had completely missed. On top of that, they discovered my condensate drain needed to be replumbed and that my float switches had been wired incorrectly by a previous company. The way they were wired, BOTH switches had to trip at the same time to activate which made absolutely no sense and left my system vulnerable. 4 Seasons corrected all of it. I will use them for all of my service needs going forward, you should too!!”
