“Jaime Luna and Alfonso are a bunch of liars they will do anything to avoid fixing your AC and they lie about everything. I highly recommend not to do business with them. They will not honor the 10 year warranty they offer plus if they do they will charge labor cost up to 5 times more than what the job cost. They left me and my family without AC for a whole week I had to get someone else to fix the issue!”

“Unfortunately, my experience was not a good one, scheduled service appointments and the tech was a no show. it happened several times, unit was set on red bricks, it was fixed after phone calls. duct was covering window, after several complains to the owner still not satisfied with the work. my last conversation via text is included. to my surprise a duct cover fell off and it was not finished properly. unit air was trapped in the fort down for weeks. was quoted prize fully installed and working apply for loan the that verbal quote, was emailed link to apply for load. till now I have not received the warranty documents or a written contract. my last conversation with owner was supposed to call me back 02/15/2022 it's been 2 week and no phone call. AC DUCTS FIXED BUT NOT BY THIS COMPANY!!”
