“Shout out to Cindy for her kindness, great customer service, her jokes, and hopping right on it when I called with a question. ( shes my favorite) lol Blake came to do a service call .he was friendly, polite, nice,knows his stuff. Found out we needed a new unit. Got it install the next day by moose and Braylon! They are good at their jobs! Made sure everything was done and trash was picked up before leaving. Braylon even put the mulch back that he moved to put the new unit in! All in all I think the crazy ac team are a great bunch of people.”

“I paid $17,500 for a new air conditioning installation. Their crew installed copper lines in front of my water heater, making it impossible to remove. They now want to charge me over $1,000 to fix their poor installation. Update: I received a call from Jason. He explained that they didn’t actually run any copper; they simply noticed that the installation was in a poor location and decided to run with it. To help me out, he offered to charge me only $800 instead of $1,000+ if I removed my review. It’s evident from the pictures that they added about 3 feet of copper to extend the lines to supply the new unit. They added too much copper and let the line bow out at the bottom. This is the main issue. The last picture shows the previous installation, where the lines were just a couple of inches away from the unit. After the Crazy AC installation, the lines are over half a foot away. I’m sure this isn’t a problem normally, except when it’s blocking a water heater. Granted, the air conditioning system works great, but if those copper lines weren’t bowed out and they hadn’t been so unprofessional and refused to fix their mistake, I would be completely satisfied.”

“We came home Sunday (5/24/26) night to our house being 80° and Crazy AC Guys just happened to be the first people I called to try to get help on a holiday weekend and they were super helpful & sent Blake, who was very respectful & caring, over at 7:30 at night to see what was going on only to find out that we would need a whole new unit that wouldn’t be able to be installed until Wednesday.. However, he was able to replace/fix what he could to get it running so we wouldn’t be without AC until the new unit came. Fast forward to Wednesday: Moose & Jace arrived on time & wasted no time getting to work despite the rain. Moose was efficient and quick with the outdoor unit while Jace went to work on the unit in our attic all the while being very respectful of the fact that my daughter was still sleeping when they arrived. All in all it was a great experience with this company & I would definitely recommend to anyone needing HVAC assistance!”
