“Had used this company for summer AC tune up service. Owned the unit for two years and never had I seen water in auxiliary collection pan under furnace. After the visit, the tech certified there is nothing wrong with the unit and suggested he tuned the unit to perform optimal. Two weeks from the tech visit, I started seeing puddle (close to 2 gallons) of water in the collection pan. Went outside and found condenser fan keeps spinning non-stop even after turning off the thermostat.”

“Great communication throughout process, company is very transparent. Company worked seamlessly with my home warranty. Kept up to date from when the tech would arrive to the ordering and arrival of parts needed for repair. Austin E was very kind, polite, knowledgeable and through in explaining everything! Overall fantastic service.”

“The guys were great. Given a 2 to 5 window and it was 4:45 with a call around 3:30 that they were about an hour out. So the updates were nice. The problem was diagnosed fairly quickly and the repairs were made quickly. I don't know what is a "good" price. I've known Airmax to be a good honest company and I did sign up for their twice yearly service. We got a flier in the mail and were hoping to use the coupon but we accidentally left it in our vehicle that we had in the shop, and the technician wasn't aware of one that had been mailed so he couldn't honor it. All in all, great company and I'll use them again”

“I only gave the 4 stars because Austin was a god send and got the system running. It is not fixed. It cost me just over $300 to have an ac system running not up to code. I was told it would take $3-$4 k to fix it and recommends a new handler that would be more. I have no choice but to get a second opinion given that is roughly what i make in a year. Unfortunately unhappy news will always bring an unhappy result. If the other guy suggests the same I’ll make my peace with it.”
