“Rick, Frank and the entire team at Boyd Connected Services go above and beyond when it comes to service. We were rebuilding our house after a fire. We had them do all our multi media installation needs, including network drops for our internet connections for the office and all our TVs and surround sound, TV mounts in multiple rooms, outdoor speakers, surround sound speakers, and mounting all our TVs and receiver. During the process, they provided great recommendations for TVs, including the outdoor TV, Receiver, and surround sound speakers. They were excellent in their communication with me during the entire process, helpful, and very service-centric. We had an unfortunately situation with the brand new 85" TV that caused it to damage the LED screen and was non-repairable. When I reached out to discuss my options with Rick, he was so quick to not only respond but worked with me to get a new TV installed and mounted the day before Thanksgiving, when I would be hosting the family, with expectations of watching the football games. I would recommend Rick, Frank and the rest of their team any day! They are the definition of good service!”

“Stop searching and call BCS. I was paying for 500MBPS down and 20MBPS up, but had difficulty getting that throughout my house. I'd tried multiple mesh networks and was at the end of my rope. Out of options, and not sure if there was a company who could help. BCS listened to all my concerns and worries, and made it clear that because they were pros and did this every day, they could help. I had a complicated setup, needing ethernet wires run through my house and through an exterior wall for my downstairs office. Rick's team installed three Eeros, hardwired them to the modem, and installed switches so as many of my connected devices can use wired internet and reduce WiFi congestion. After installation, Rick stayed to ensure that WiFi speeds were what we expected (~95% of what I'm paying for) in every room of the house. There were some technical issues I don't understand, but Rick was at my house troubleshooting and working with Eero customer support for a couple of hours after the install was "finished". You won't find that kind of support and help anywhere else. I would recommend them to any family and friends, and plan on calling them to come supervise a fiber internet installation at my house over Christmas break to get even more benefit from the awesome ethernet wiring. I currently have 3 TVs streaming football, my son is playing Fortnite and my daughter is playing Roblox and I just tested and am getting 500/21. Seriously, it can be really frustrating to not have internet working like you want. I spent literally a hundred hours Googling DIY solutions and companies who could help (not joking, just ask my wife!), and I wish I'd called BCS sooner. Trust me, just call 'em. Your heart rate will go down now, and you'll be happy you did.”
