“I really appreciate Paul. He has been so great for a myriad of reasons. He truly does what is best for my family. He spent well over a year keeping my AC going, with full transparency that it was at the end of its useful life. His bandaids were great to buy some time so we could save up for the big replacement. When it finally gave up the ghost he did everything he could to get a new one installed for us within 48 hours of it going out. The fact he was able to replace an entire system within 48 hours of it going out shocks me. He explains everything fully, and does a great job of explaining the why behind his opinion. Hopefully I don’t need to see him for many years, but at least we’ll be able to laugh a bit if he does have to come around.”
