“I recently underwent some renovations and one of the projects was installing a new AC system and correcting some prior issues from the builders poor install. I met with 5 different companies before deciding to go with Exodus. I wanted a modern variable speed system and went with Trane as their units have been great for me in the past. I had wildly differing costs with the quotes I received, but ultimately chose Exodus because they were confident that they could address my issues and they are local to my city. They were not the least expensive, but not the most expensive, and ultimately I feel like I got a top tier system, which is what I wanted. I am not an easy customer to get a 5 star review from because that means I feel you are on top of your game. These guys earned it from me because the work was extensive, the promises were kept, and ultimately I didnt have anything to really complain about. They did have to come out a few days after install and tune the system to more aggressively cool, but did that quickly and without issue. If I could say anything, follow up could be a bit better. Communication was always respectful and informative, but sometimes I was left to follow up when maybe the company could have followed up with me to be a little more convenient. At the end of the day I picked the right company and I am happy with my service. There is a lot of apprehension on a purchase like this but I know they will stand behind their install and product and that means a lot to me.”

“Exodus was great!! I left a message around 5am and received a call back by 7am with a time slot just a few hours later. Tanner showed up early within the timeframe provided, quickly assessed the situation and was able to repair immediately. He took it a step further to just check out the entire unit and actually found another issue that needed to quickly be addressed. He was very knowledgeable and showed us the additional damage (mold) which instilled confidence with us that it wasn’t just an upsell. He was able to schedule to come back tomorrow to finish up the repair. That extra check Tanner did was the difference between a $1400 repair vs a $7000+ new install. We even cross referenced the pricing and it was totally inline with expectations. Highly recommended!”

“Exodus replaced an evaporated coil under warranty for me. The service took a while because manufacturer did not have the coil available. There was not a definite date when a coil will be available. Exodus team was persistent with communicating with the manufacturer about my situation. Eventually, Exodus was able to collaborate with the manufacturer to get a compatible coil over to complete the service repair. The overall process took about 6-7 weeks mostly due to the lack of coil availability. Exodus provided constant and clear communication during the entire process regarding the coil availability and plan of action to help resolve the issue. I would say they went above and beyond to ensure the open service call was fulfilled. I am very happy with the work and professionalism they have demonstrated. They helped me out tremendously because I was stretched thin with my time between my family needs and a caregiver for a medical issue within the family. They did such a great job of handling the situation that I left this HVAC issue on cruise control. Highly appreciative of their work and team.”

“Our air conditioner went out while we are gone in a Saturday evening. When we arrived home around 930pm and discovered it was not working, I saw several recommendations for Exodus and immediately reached out asking for service as soon as possible. Someone contacted me in just over two hours and a tech was here by 930 Sunday morning and found out our compressor was shot. Hayden set clear expectations that this could take a few days depending on parts but they were able to come back out Monday evening and replace it much to our delight. Now our A/C is working again like it should! Everyone from Exodus has been very communicative and kind. Our tech Hayden has been awesome to work with. He was knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I am so glad we found Exodus. We will definitely be using them for all future HVAC needs.”

“The people that work at Exodus, are absolutely incredible. I called them for scheduled maintenance and Tanner came out. During the maintenance I was also replacing/upgrading my thermostat and totally messed things up. Tanner stayed late and even called in a second technician, Hayden, to help ensure my new thermostat was running properly. Both men stayed until the problem was resolved, which was much longer than it should have been and neither asked for a thing in return, they just wanted to make sure everything in our house was functioning properly. I don't know if it's a good culture at Exodus, or just hiring the right people, but whatever they're doing is setting the bar high for all other HVAC companies.
