“Jacob was friendly and professional at all times throughout the process. His team were also polite and professional throughout the installation. Great job. So far, so good. Thank you! ***UPDATE*** Unfortunately, Im changing my rating to 2 stars. After I posted the initial review, the installation failed inspection. They said they couldn’t fix the issue straight away because they had to custom build the pan. That was on 05/14/2026. I told them I would be away for 10 days and would contact them when I get back and set up an installation date. I reached out to Jacob on Saturday, May 30, and was told “Sorry for the delay. The metal shop is running behind. As of Thursday or Friday, they are still two weeks behind on your emergency drain pan.” That means that we will have been out of code for nearly a month. I will review the rating when our issue is finally resolved. Until then, 2 stars. 😟”

“Noticed my A/C wasn't cooling. Found Best home services and talked to Jacob.He said he could have a tech here between 4 and 6 p.m. miles showed up and quickly started diagnosing my unit inside and outside unit and quickly got me back up and running again.
