“I want to give a wonderful review and shout out to the wonderful team at KMI who took care of my duct cleaning this week! This had not been done in many years and was long overdue! Also this is a huge project from my perspective and I did not know who to trust. I have used KMI for maintenance and repairs for many years so I chose to go with them. I’m so glad I did! George was so patient with my questions throughout this process! Austin, Levi and Kyle were OUTSTANDING doing the work and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! Even when one unit was cleaned and then started making a whirring noise due to the increased air volume going through the grill, they worked tirelessly to correct this and get things back to normal for me. They were extremely conscientious working though the house — covering up furniture / decorations and then putting everything back in its place. They cleaned up meticulously each day before leaving and took extra time to address my questions and help me understand the process when I had concerns. It is SO RARE to find a company that takes such good care of their customers! Also Ashley is always so pleasant and responsive when I need to contact the office. KMI has a customer for life in me and I cannot recommend them more highly! I am so thankful for their work this week and everything they did to help me through this process! Thank you KMI team!!”

“Trevor came out looked at everything. His termination that I was loose n Freon ok we replaced the part that was bad. I had a few other problems with my units he was supposed to have put in the order to have it fix as well that never happened. We was also talking about maybe purchasing new mini splits in my house he was supposed too call are email me with prices he never did a month later I called to let them know that my ecobee was going off and on he said sounds like it’s clogged up why didn’t they fix it when they was here. I had to call someone else out to put the proper pipe in so my water could drain correctly they didn’t even put a trap in for my blow out.. I would not use these people again… b 4 pics and new pics”
