“Brad and Stephen consistently provide excellent service with the annual maintenance and when unexpected things happen as well. Our A/C stopped blowing cool air and with just one call they were able to work us into their busy schedule and diagnose and fix the issue to keep us cool. Pricing is very reasonable and we appreciate having a trustworthy company that we can rely on for our HVAC needs. Highly recommend them!”

“We came home this afternoon to a hot house around 2:15. My husband texted Lovejoy HVAC at 2:30pm. They said it could be looked at today. Two hours later, our blown capacitor on our compressor was replaced, and we are cooling down again. Thank you for the professional and speedy service! Thanks, too, for keeping us cool and helping us avoid a melt down in the Texas heat.”

“Great service from this team. I had postponed my bi annual service due to household projects, and at this time of year, maintenance is not the highest priority. I mentioned that my over flow drain was dripping out of the back of my house, which means the drain to the sewer line is clogged. Well, that made my service call a higher priority, and they fit me in in just the next couple of days (really next day, but i want available yesterday ) Highly recommend these folks.”

“Promised a window between 9 and 11 this morning and Steve(?) showed up promptly at 9:00. He checked the indoor and outdoor units and gave both a clean bill of health. He was professional but friendly and worked quickly. Great overall experience.”

“Brad and his technicians are top rated. Fantastic folks who are truthful, friendly, and work with the highest level of integrity in the business. This is certainly a business I am happy to bring my business to year after year. Great company! Thanks so very much Lovejoy HVAC!”

“Lovejoy HVAC always does a great job for us. They are very professional, courteous, and kind no matter how big or small the job is. Our very old AC system, that they have taken care of for years, finally bit the dust. Stephen thorougly explained our options to us and gave us time to think about it and talk it over (absolutely no pressure). After we decided what we wanted they were able to come out one day later and install the new one. The whole process was smooth and easy. I wouldn't use anyone else for any of my HVAC needs, and highly recommend them.”

“Steve with Lovejoy HVAC showed up to troubleshoot my AC unit and found the problem in record time. He replace the control board and had it up and running in no time. He is a very friendly individual and does a great job.”

“Brad is always prompt. He keeps me informed and has never failed to fix the problem. Brad is kind, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Lovejoy HVAC.”

“I have used Lovejoy HVAC for all my heat/air needs for several years. They are always punctual and professional. They take their time with the semi-annual checkups and diagnose any potential problems. Service calls, when needed, are handled with the same concern for the customer's home comfort and pocketbook. No jacking up the price for unnecessary parts and labor. After evaluation of any problem, I receive a clear, understandable description of the problem and honest options for a remedy. The cost of service is very reasonable. I have also had Lovejoy HVAC replace one of my AC units and the process went very smoothly with minimum inconvenience. Five stars is all that is allowed, but I give Lovejoy HVAC my full endorsement and recommendation.”

“Stephen and team were top notch with their professionalism and overall service. He spent time thoroughly examining the issues that we were having with both our AC units and explained all the surrounding reasons for why they were malfunctioning. He provided solutions that fit our needs and was able to promptly get those taken care of. He and his team were friendly and courteous from start to finish. During the final walk-through he answered all of our questions and made sure that we were satisfied with the results. I would recommend them to anyone having problems with their AC.”
