“I bought my unit from ASAP, installed in September 2021, and have kept up with yearly maintenance. This year (2026), I had a drainage issue that caused a ceiling leak. Because it was an emergency, I called another HVAC company, but they overcharged me and claimed my contactor needed a $400+ replacement. I declined. I then contacted ASAP, and Scott came for an inspection. He showed me the contactor, confirmed it was still in good condition and under warranty, and explained there was no need for replacement. He also properly repaired the pan and piping, which the other company failed to fix—even after I paid $600. Scott was knowledgeable, honest, and respectful. They came out immediately, inspected the inlet, and simply opened the blades to allow better airflow. The problem was fixed on the spot — and they didn’t charge me a dime for the service call. “Just a couple of days ago I had ASAP come out and install a new HVAC unit after my old unit finally would be to costly to repair. The installers came out the next day and removed and installed the new system in just a few hours. The Coronado brothers did the work and I can't say enough about how good these 2 guys were. First off, very polite, clean, and frendly to talk with. Their work was clean and very professional and I would recomend them to anyone needing service on their AC or heating unit.
