“We're in subrogation with our insurance with a claim against for a bad install/maintenance on our HVAC and the condensation line. They came to our home for this normal maintenance at the very start of July and poor maintenance occured. And they even stated on the invoice, which we refused to sign, that the condensation line was working well, as was the restof our system. Well then 3 weeks later it was apparent that leaked into our home causing thousands of dollars worth of damages and found to be from the faulty install and maintenance of the condensation line.
