Complete Comfort Home Services LLC

Complete Comfort Home Services LLC works out of Mesa, TX handling HVAC work for homes in the area. They take on air conditioning and heating jobs that range from quick fixes on units that quit during hot stretches to full replacements when old systems no longer keep up. The crew handles service calls for maintenance checks, thermostat upgrades, and heater repairs that come up when temperatures swing. Local conditions mean plenty of calls for units struggling with dust buildup or running inefficiently after years of use, and the company keeps its focus on getting those systems running right again without added complications.

Their day to day covers AC installation and replacement along with regular tune ups to catch problems early, plus heater maintenance and repairs when furnaces or heat pumps break down. Technicians roll out to homes for diagnostics on poor airflow or units that short cycle, then handle the fixes like recharging refrigerant or swapping out faulty parts. In Mesa the summer heat pushes cooling systems hard so they see a steady stream of emergency repairs and seasonal prep work, while winter brings heater calls for homes that lose warmth overnight. The approach stays practical with clear explanations on what needs doing and straightforward scheduling that fits around a homeowner's day.

Homeowners point to fast arrival times when systems fail, work that holds up without callbacks, and costs that stay in line with the scope of the job. Clear updates from the first visit keep things moving without confusion, and the quality of the repairs shows in fewer repeat issues over time. These patterns across the review history reflect steady results on speed, quality, price, and communication. DIRT Score 4.81 from 422 reviews on Finds.

“Our experience with Complete Comfort Home Services was nothing short of amazing. When our AC broke down late at night, they responded immediately, which was a huge relief. The team was extremely professional and honest throughout the entire process. Conrad in particular was phenomenal. He truly went above and beyond to help us get our AC working again and ensure my family was taken care of. If you need honest, reliable, and top-tier service, this is the company to call.”

“Justin the tech was great. I called for service Tuesday morning, and he showed up the same day. This is a good company because they are very responsive and helpful. They thoroughly explained my heating issue and cost.”

“The team at complete comfort is beyond amazing! Not only do they only work with the top HVAC vendors providing their customers with the best products. But more importantly, they know the products they sell and install in your home like the back of their hand! When I say they are experts! I mean they have their PHD in HVAC. But more importantly. They answer the phone and they show up. And this is post installation! How many companies these days do that for you? It’s a no brainer. Go with Complete Comfort. You won’t regret it.”

“Complete Comfort Home Services is top notch. When our air conditioning went out, they were out right away to fix it. Rose was great. She explained everything thoroughly and was patient with all of my questions. Conrad was literally a breath of fresh air, he walked me through some of the issues before Rose arrived. His positive and confident demeanor helped resolve the tensions and stress. (Its not fun with no AC in the AZ summer). Id recommend this company without a doubt to anyone who needs a new unit or their AC serviced and repaired. They are trustworthy, very knowledgeable, reliable, and friendly to boot! Can't beat their service.”

“Over the years we have relied on Conrad and the team at Complete Comfort to keep our original Heat Pump AC units running and we have never been disappointed. When we finally decided to replace our main Heat Pump and Air Handler, we explored several alternatives and selected an energy efficient solution from Complete Comfort and they set a date for Installation. On the appointed day they came on time and removed the 25 year old system, installed the new one, cleaned up and hauled away all signs they had been there in a quick and professional manner. We really appreciate working with prompt, honest and reliable craftsmen and will continue to utilize Complete Comfort for years to come. “Conrad and his crew at Complete Comfort are really the best ac guys around. We have used them for several years for our home and rental properties. They are all very responsive and knowledgeable. Conrad provides exceptional customer service and does not overcharge which is rare in the HVAC business. He is also a straight shooter which I appreciate. If there's something we can fix on our own, he will let us know. I trust his opinion and that he will not try to gouge me and that his work will be exceptional.”

“What can I say about this company? My brother and I added a mini-split air conditioner to my workshop. I wanted someone to test the system before we started it up, so I called a few local service providers to book an appointment. They all declined or quoted prices that were totally outrageous. I stumbled into Complete Comfort and was pleasantly surprised when they said there were no problems. Justin shows up the next day and added more surprises to the experience. He was thorough, professional, and didn't mind my new-owner questions. The gentleman knows his stuff and delivered above expectations. Along with this, the charge for the service was was substantially lower than the guys that I hear in local radio commercials. If you're shopping for AC service providers, Complete Comfort is the”
