Dependable Air, LLC

Dependable Air, LLC is based in Mesa, TX where they concentrate on HVAC work for residential properties. The company has spent years supplying dependable heating and cooling solutions to folks dealing with the local climate demands. Their focus stays on practical repairs and installations that address real problems like failing compressors or inefficient ductwork. This background in the trade means they show up prepared with the right parts and knowledge to get systems back online without dragging things out. Homeowners around Mesa face long stretches of extreme heat that push equipment hard, and this outfit has built a solid reputation by handling those conditions day after day.

Their HVAC services cover diagnosing problems in air conditioners and furnaces, carrying out maintenance visits to stop breakdowns before they start, and putting in new units when older ones wear out. Around Mesa the summer heat runs nonstop so crews often fix refrigerant leaks, swap out worn fan motors, or clean coils that get clogged with dust from the dry air. They test thermostats and adjust airflow to keep homes comfortable without wasting energy. Work happens on both older setups and newer models, with clear talk about what needs fixing and how to keep costs down. Technicians bring tools and parts ready for the job so they finish without multiple trips back to the shop.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up through tough weather and the crew shows up on schedule without padding the bill. Speed stands out when a unit fails during a heat wave, while quality comes from using parts that last and leaving the site clean after each visit. Price stays fair because they skip upsells and focus on what actually solves the issue. Communication stays direct with updates on what broke and how long the fix will take. In Mesa this reliability matters when dust and high temperatures shorten equipment life. DIRT Score 4.9 from 151 reviews on Finds.

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – Highly Recommended! I don’t usually write reviews, but this company absolutely deserves one. I recently needed a brand-new air conditioning system for my home. After calling around to several companies, I kept getting the runaround and quotes that I felt were overpriced. It was frustrating. Then, one of my customers referred me to Dependable Air LLC, and I’m so glad they did! From the very first phone call, they treated me with honesty, professionalism, and respect. They came out quickly, explained everything clearly, and had my new AC system installed faster than I expected. The entire experience was outstanding. They are a friendly, family-owned business that truly cares about their customers and takes pride in their work. Quality service like this is hard to find the”

“We recently had a brand-new HVAC system installed by Dependable Air LLC, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. Owner Tim was on-site during the installation, which says so much about the pride he takes in his company and the quality of their work. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was done right. His installation team was outstanding—they actually arrived early, worked efficiently, were respectful of our home, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. The installation went smoothly, and now our new system is running perfectly. The air is blowing ice cold, and after dealing with so many HVAC issues, it is an incredible relief. If I ever need HVAC service again, Dependable Air LLC will ”

“Tim was great at coming out to look at our old units. We decided to replace them both and Tim gave us a great price on 2 new roof AC units. They were fast and reliable. Now we are cool for the Arizona summer.”

“Tim and his crew did a fantastic job. They tore out my upstairs exchange unit, And install the new exchange coil pack blower unit. It was a Five ton Trane. They started at 8 AM finished at 12:30.It turned out spectacular it's running right now and it's so quiet I can't even hear it it's just beautiful cool air. Thank you very much for doing such a great job clean up everything perfect. The pricing was very competitive and very affordable I highly recommend them for any AC job.”

“They said what they would do and they did it! On time, quoted price exactly and accomplished the 2 new air conditioners in one day! Appreciate all they did!! Thanks to Tim and his crew and Crystal!!”

“One day job! A/C and Furnace all replaced without any time lost, and even while I was there in home!! Awesome job!! Highly recommend these guys, DO get your system fixed by Dependable A/C!! 5 stars, no frills!!!”

“OK, the first thing is the price I received from Tim at Dependable Air was the lowest I found from six other quotes I received and that was important but the best was yet to come. I hired Tim and his team to install two mini split units in my home shop. They did an awesome job from start to finish. I can truly recommend them for any thing Air/Heat related.”

“Tim and his team came out to the house and fixed my AC unit. It was in the garage. The line set had to be replaced that ran through the attic. I had other companies tell me they couldn’t do it or is a ridiculous amount of money. Tim gave me a reasonable quote and got started on the job right away. We did run into a snag, but they told me what the problem was we overnighted the part and they had it fixed the next day. The communication and service through the whole process was top-notch in my eyes! Give Dependable A/C an opportunity to repair your system, and you won’t regret it.”

“I just had Tim come and installed a new smart thermostat that I tried to have installed last year from another company and they just threw their hands up and said I didn't have the proper wiring. Tim came out checked all my wiring and installed my new Ecobee smart thermostat with no issues and it was done in less than an hour. Great service, this is the company to call”

“Tim installed an ACPro HVAC system for our condo. His price was reasonable and he went above and beyond making sure that a new filter was installed (did not come with the unit) and new batteries in the digital thermostat (that didn't come with batteries either). His was the only company out of the three I interviewed that asked me what my needs were and offered a couple of different budget friendly systems. I highly recommend Dependable Air! Plus they offer a two year labor warranty rather than the usual one year.”
