“Shortly after arriving in a blazing Arizona Fall Hurricane Pricilla brought a deluge to Mesa and pummeled our poor RV. We had water dripping from the ceiling in a couple of spots and decided to see if we could find some help in staunching the leak. Well we got a few suggestions from the Park’s front desk and Gene’s RV Service was their top recommendation. After a quick call we had Brad from the mobile repair company at our RV that afternoon. Brad was on the roof and didn’t see anything obvious and decided to call in the Cavalry. Michael showed up the next afternoon and found a few suspicious spots which he sealed and also tightened the bolts securing the A/C units to the roof. Fingers crossed these actions will resolve our problems. My wife and I were extremely impressed with the professio”

It finally failed during a 3 month road trip and within two days of arriving in Mesa, AZ Genes RV & AC Repair was able to send over a mobile technician. Mike was fantastic, had the problem quickly diagnosed as a faulty control board and was able to get a replacement board and have me back in action two days later. “DO NOT TRUST - It could be the end of your life!! April 15, 2025 had an appointment at Gene's RV and A/C Repair in Mesa AZ for an oil change and the tires rotated on my 2019 Forest River Sunseeker Class C. When I picked up the RV, I waited a good 20-30 minutes for them to pull my RV from the back of the disheveled lot of numerous RV's to the front where I could access it. I paid for the service ($300) and was given the invoice with no further instructions or suggestions. I drove back to the RV resort in Mesa and parked the RV until April 25, when I departed and headed back east. Within the first 75 miles or so, I noticed the RV appeared to have a thumping sound on a tire (or more). I purchased a long reach tire gauge from an Auto Zone and checked the tires. I could not figure out what w”

“I will never bring my RV back to Gene's RV repair again. I dropped my trailer of on a Thursday and Mike(Installer & part owner) told me he would be calling me on Friday after he looked at everything to give me an estimate. I did not receive a call from anyone from Gene's for 3 days until the following Monday morning. The job was not completed as promised when I picked up my trailer Monday afternoon, I had to order an adapter part and install it on my own. It gets even worse, when I dropped off my trailer I had my mountain bike on a rack on the back of my travel trailer locked which I made them aware off. During the time that they had my trailer they backed into something causing the handlebars of my mountain bike to make a hole the size of a silver dollar in my trailer and damage the forks”

“Fixed problems with my slide out refrigerator by installing a baffle and two fans to increase air flow. Diagnosed and fixed a problem with my tv installation to the satellite dish. Installed a new water pump and works better than new. Did all this on a moments notice and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Gene and family.”

“I tried to get ahold of the service manager Mike but he doesn’t return my calls after many attempts. He worked on my van AC in the past and doesn’t respond to me any longer for some reason. This is poor business practices and will no longer recommend this place. I’m sad by this because they were helpful before.”
