On a hot Friday afternoon they had a tech here in 30 mins, diagnosed our issue and had a really affordable service visit price! Ordered the parts for our unit and came back to do repair Monday morning. They were so thorough and made sure they did everything they could for us to get the most from our AC. All of the techs were professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient, they sent quite a few to handle the job! John was great with giving us a solution to an issue we had with the location of the unit on the roof and how to keep from overworking the compressor. Had an issue in the morning with my unit freezing up and called John's Heating and Cooling first and they wanted to charge me $3500 to replace my blower and 9 other things they supposedly found to charge me for. Called Honest Air at 1030am for a second quote. They had John out to my property by 130pm and within 20 minutes he told me the issue- being the blower needed to be replaced- and then everything should be back up and running. Cost me less than a 1/4 of the cost the other company was going to charge me and he didn't attempt to nickel and dime me for other issues or sell me on a new unit. Jeff's son made the service call and just like his Dad he's a Great Kid. He came out and found what was wrong immediately and fixed it and did a maintenance check.
