“Michael was fantastic, very knowledgeable and did not try and sell me anything extra. He was upfront about future issues we may have with our unit since it was 7 years old. We will definitely uses there services again.”

“Our AC stopped cooling during a heat wave and Mike came out quickly to help us out. He topped us off with refrigerant, identified the leak, and replaced the evaporator coil. System back up and running. I left a 5 star review. I am now changing to 3 as we developed new issues, Hughes Air didn't respond, and we called a different repair company. During inspection, a piece of adhesive-backed scrap material was found in the blower compartment. While I can't prove it originated from the repair, its presence and the timing raise questions about cleanup and quality control during the service. So 3 stars for speed, communication, price, and the repair but I can't now give top marks because the lack of cleanup and quality control caused us issues that if left unresolved would have severely damaged ”

We were confident in selecting Hughes to do the work, especially after speaking with neighbors who have worked, and continue to work with Mike. He and his crew showed up on time and completed the installation, and Mike completed and submitted all of the warranty and rebate paperwork. It is a pleasure working with him.”

“Hughes Air did a great job on both installation at our home. We had our outdated HVAC replaced with a nice variable speed Trane unit in May. Mike and his crew kept our premises neat, tidy and did a great looking installation. In July we had Mike come back out and install a mini split in our garage, no longer are we 110 in the garage, a nice comfortable temp of 85 keeps all our belongings from roasting in the Arizona summers. If you need a dependable installer and service team, call Mike and you will soon realize what a professional he is.”
