Jackson Mechanical LLC

Jackson Mechanical LLC runs HVAC work out of Mesa, TX, where the crew handles heating and cooling needs for local homes. They cover installation of complete systems, repairs on air conditioners and furnaces, and routine maintenance to keep equipment running through the seasons. Texas weather puts heavy demands on these setups, with long hot stretches that push AC units hard and occasional cold snaps that test heating. The company also steps in on related tasks like water heater work and duct fixes when those come up during service calls.

Their days involve showing up for HVAC installation jobs on new builds or replacements, tackling AC repair when units stop blowing cold air in the peak summer heat, and sorting out furnace repair and boiler services during colder months. Technicians handle electric and gas furnace installation, thermostat repair, air filtration solutions, and duct cleaning to improve indoor air quality. Homeowners in Mesa often call for heater installation and maintenance to prevent sudden failures, plus humidification setups that help with dry air issues. The team works on air duct installation and repair too, making sure airflow stays steady without wasting energy on leaky lines.

Customers keep coming back because the work gets done fast without dragging out jobs, the quality holds up through tough weather, and prices stay straightforward without surprises. Communication stays clear from the first call through the final fix, which matters when systems break down at the worst times. Reviews highlight solid results on cooling repairs and heating maintenance that actually solve the problem instead of creating new ones. DIRT Score 4.93 from 211 reviews on Finds.

“I had an excellent experience with Jackson Mechanical. My AC stopped working on a 100+ degree day and to make matters more challenging, it was the Friday before the 4th of July. I expected to wait days for service, but they came out the very same day and had my AC up and running in no time. The pricing was fair, especially considering the timing and the extreme heat, and the quality of service was outstanding. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before they left. I truly appreciate their quick response and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Jackson Mechanical to anyone looking for honest, reliable HVAC service!”

“Nick did a great job installing our new heat pump water Heater. He made sure everything was working well before leaving, there was an error code when it was first turned on but he worked on resolving it and it's been working well now. He worked on laying out the coper pipes so the filter can be easily removed for cleaning. He was quick and responsive to any questions we had. Overall a great experience.”

“We weren't planning on replacing our HVAC system this year, but after our old unit finally gave out we decided it was time. Nick came out, walked us through a few different options, and explained the pros and cons of each without trying to sell us on the most expensive system. That honesty is what earned our business. The installation was smooth, the crew was respectful of our home, and they cleaned everything up before they left. The new system is so much quieter than our old one, and the house has been comfortable ever since. If you're looking for a local HVAC company that stands behind their work and truly cares about their customers, I highly recommend Jackson Mechanical. We couldn't be happier with our decision.”
