John's Heating Cooling and Plumbing

John's Heating Cooling and Plumbing operates out of Mesa, TX as a long standing HVAC specialist that also handles related plumbing work. The outfit brings more than 56 years of hands on experience to local homeowners who need steady performance from their heating and cooling systems. Based right in the area they focus on practical solutions for residential properties rather than flashy promises or oversized operations. Their background shows a straightforward approach to keeping equipment running through the demands of Texas weather and daily use without unnecessary extras.

In Mesa the summers hit hard and push air conditioning units to their limits so common jobs include full system replacements when older units fail during peak heat along with routine tune ups to prevent breakdowns and duct repairs that improve airflow in homes built for the local climate. Technicians handle everything from emergency fixes on compressors and thermostats to new installations of high efficiency models that cut down on monthly costs. Homeowners often call for quick checks on leaking lines or uneven cooling across rooms and the crew works to diagnose the real issue on site then completes the repair with parts that last instead of temporary patches that lead to repeat visits.

Customers keep coming back because the team shows up when promised delivers solid workmanship on every job and keeps prices clear without surprise add ons. Feedback highlights fast response times solid communication from the office to the field and results that hold up through another season of heavy use. That track record adds up across thousands of calls. DIRT Score 4.87 from 3399 reviews on Finds.

“Kyle brought two very nice men and the three of them worked very well together. They were courteous they were considerate. They put down tarps and when the tarps came up, they cleaned everything. I would highly recommend this company. Kyle was amazing but We also had a technician on Monday, Kevin and he was great. I wish I remember the names of the two other men that came today because they deserve recognition, also. I would highly recommend this company”

“Derek and Caleb were great. They came in and assessed the situation and made their recommendations. They went out to purchase the new toilet and were back and had it installed quickly and efficiently. As this was for my 92 year old Dad, I really appreciated the pre-arrival email with a picture of the tech. Would highly recommend!!”

“We called this company for a second opinion after another AC company told us our unit was low on Freon, But we didn’t feel like we were getting straightforward answers. Bradley came out and provided excellent service from start to finish. He was professional , honest, and extremely thorough and inspecting our system and explaining the issue clearly. He was knowledgeable and took the time to answer our questions without any pressure or upsell, he gave us full peace of mind. We appreciate his transparency and attention to detail highly recommend this company and especially Bradley. They provided honest and reliable service”

“Tremayne is extremely professional and competent. He spent considerable time explaining his work and answered several of my questions patiently and in full detail. He went above and beyond to clean the work site even tho it was a mess of my making but he didn’t mind - called it “personal therapy”. As for myself I’d trust him to service my A/C unit every time moving forward. A pro with personality. A Nice comb!”

“Had a wonderful experience working with Carlos, I could tell he really cared and wanted to get our AC fixed. He was super respectful and explained everything thoroughly. We have worked with other companies in the past and they certainly did not match this level of professionalism! Highly recommend!”
