Liquid HVAC LLC

Liquid HVAC LLC operates out of Mesa, TX as a straightforward HVAC outfit handling both homes and businesses across the area. They focus on repair, installation, and upkeep for systems that keep places comfortable through the Texas heat and occasional cold snaps. Local homeowners and property managers deal with heavy AC use most of the year, plus furnace demands when winter hits, so having a crew that shows up ready for residential calls or commercial rooftop work makes a real difference. The company covers Mesa and nearby spots in the region with direct service on everything from basic maintenance to full system swaps.

They perform AC repairs on short notice, including after-hours emergencies when units fail at night, along with full installations for new builds or replacements. Heating and furnace fixes cover breakdowns in colder months while heat pumps and mini splits handle zoned comfort in homes or offices. Commercial jobs include rooftop unit repairs and broader HVAC work for businesses, plus indoor air quality improvements and regular tune-ups under maintenance plans. Their technicians work with brands like Trane and RunTru systems, pricing jobs clearly upfront so customers know the cost before any work starts. This approach keeps things moving without extra trips or surprises on simple fixes or bigger overhauls.

Customers in Mesa note the crew arrives on time, explains issues plainly, and finishes jobs without dragging things out, which adds up across speed on repairs, solid quality on installs, fair pricing that matches the work, and clear back-and-forth during the whole process. That steady record of handling real calls, from quick tune-ups to commercial fixes, builds the kind of trust that shows in repeat business and referrals. DIRT Score 4.93 from 226 reviews on Finds.

“I called a few years ago at 2:30 am and a human, Kevin, answered and came right out, showed me the bad part even. Yesteday I called again last night, since it was going to be a cool night I was fine with seeing them in the morning. They came and fixed it right away. Very reasonable, no upselling, no bs, just real people helping the best way they can. I'll never call another service. I love dealing with real people who are honest and caring. Thank you Kevin and your crew!! You are the true heros of the valley. My world is better knowing you are here to help. I'll sleep better tonight for sure. Thank you for being a bright shining light in this world of chaos. ❤️”

“I recently moved to Scottsdale and when my AC went out, I sought out a locally owned HVAC business. I found Liquid HVAC on Nextdoor, and based on my neighbors comments and reviews, gave them a call. They answered the phone right away and scheduled a call for the next morning. Kevin was on time, professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue without trying to sell me anything. Will definitely use them again and recommend them.”

“Thanks Liquid HVAC. You came out the same day I called you and kept things real simple. I got three quotes and yours was the best overall and you accommodated some additional asks. Day of install everyone was there early and done in the amount of time you said. I appreciate your work to get me set for the summer after my old unit gave out.”

“We had a great experience with Liquid HVAC. Initially talked to Kevin, the owner, at 9:30 AM and they had us up and running within five hours. After living in the valley for over 40 years, this is the fastest HVAC service we have ever experienced. In addition, Kevin didn’t try to upsell work or parts that were not needed which we found to be honest and fair business practices. Highly recommend Liquid HVAC,Kevin and team!”

“I honestly had the pleasure of needing Tyler at my home today. I had an issue with my AC unit. I had a gentleman come in and literally try to cheat me and wanted to charge me $6000 for a new compressor in $16,000 for a new air conditioner. Hey neighbor, give me Tyler‘s phone number when I called him. He came within an hour. He was very professional and I told him if I need something new just let me know. I just want an honest price. I want an honest and fair price if I need it, I’ll buy it. All I ended up needing was new wires that in the air conditioner that were burnt that would change them out he gave me a new thermostat. He readjusted everything with the AC. I ended up paying $435 or something I gave him a $25 tip if you want honest service you need to call Tyler.”
