Rainforest Plumbing & Air

Rainforest Plumbing & Air operates out of Mesa, TX as a solid HVAC outfit that handles air conditioning work for local homes. They focus on keeping systems running through the demands of Texas weather where summers hit hard and units take a beating. The crew takes on everything from basic fixes to full installations without any extra layers of management getting in the way. Homeowners in the area know they can reach out for straightforward help when the indoor air stops cooling properly or when older equipment starts acting up during peak heat.

In practice they cover AC repair for sudden breakdowns, full system installations when replacements are needed, regular tune-ups to catch problems early, air handler fixes, and mini-split setups for targeted cooling. Work often involves diagnosing why a unit fails to hold temperature, replacing worn parts like coils or fans, and setting up new equipment to match the house layout. Mesa heat means calls spike when temperatures climb and compressors struggle, so the team moves fast on emergency jobs while checking ductwork and refrigerant levels to prevent repeat issues. They handle these tasks with basic tools and direct methods that get the job done without dragging things out.

Customers keep coming back because the work shows up on time, holds up after the visit, stays within quoted costs, and gets explained clearly from start to finish. Speed stands out when repairs happen the same day, quality shows in systems that run steady afterward, price comes across as reasonable for the scope, and communication keeps everyone informed without confusion. That pattern of results builds the reputation over thousands of jobs. DIRT Score 4.76 from 2430 reviews on Finds.

“Jorge Madrid and his co worker were amazing and replaced my air conditioner in the middle of the hot Arizona summer. It was very stressful and they did a great job and were super thorough. I am so grateful and would give them 10 stars and would use the company all the time. Thank you again Jorge!”

“Rainforest took care of me. Max and Margarito were great to work with and so was Sherry at the office. I had a bad AC unit and they worked with me to fix it. They even came out 3 different times and waived some service trip fees after trying some less costly repairs. They understood my situation and wanted to help do what was best for my wallet and my AC unit. I loved working with the team at Rainforest. Thank you!”

“they came out within a couple hours of calling them! so quick and easy to work with. Very knowledgeable and fixed my a/c within an hour of getting to my house. Very grateful they were able to come on short notice because my house was at 90 degrees and we would’ve had to find somewhere else to sleep if we couldn’t get it fixed day of.”

“I live in and apartment complex, so my plumbing repairs were arranged and paid for by the complex, so I cannot speak to their pricing. However, I can speak to the incredible, respectful, and knowledgeable customer service I received from my plumbers. First off they came the same day, exactly within the time frame they gave us. Silas was the lead plumber and he was efficient, cleanly, and mindful. He and the gentleman he worked with made me feel comfortable and respected as they worked on our broken pipe. Honestly, I was very impressed. I've never had a plumber leave my house cleaner than it was when they walked in, until today! I was so impressed at the efficiency they worked all while keeping my home from becoming a dust filled demolition site. I would highly recommend them, most ”

“Silas came out to repair a leak at our main valve. He did a great job! Working at night and in a muddy mess, he got it done in a timely manner, including the cleanup which was a fair piece of in and of itself. This is the second time he's been out to work on our property and I would gladly have him return to address any future issues we might encounter. He's a very conscientious technician and I appreciate his work ethics”
