Thermo S Insulation

Thermo S Insulation works from Mesa, Texas in the HVAC trade with a clear focus on insulation and related energy work. The crew handles attic air sealing, batt insulation, cellulose insulation, fiberglass insulation, spray foam insulation, and radiant barrier insulation. They also perform insulation removal, home energy audits, duct sealing, and air duct modification. These services target the HVAC systems that homeowners rely on daily in this part of Texas. The company stays grounded in straightforward methods that improve how heating and cooling equipment performs across local homes without adding extra steps or costs.

In practice the team shows up to assess duct leaks or poor attic insulation that drives up energy use during long hot stretches. They seal gaps around pipes and vents, install the right insulation type for each space, and adjust ducts to restore proper airflow. Homeowners often call when rooms stay too warm or bills climb without clear reason. The work includes removing old material when needed and testing ducts afterward to confirm the fixes hold. This approach keeps HVAC units running longer by cutting the load they carry through the year in Mesa conditions.

Customers keep coming back because the jobs finish on time, the materials last, and the pricing stays reasonable for the scope of work. Reviews highlight clear explanations before any work starts plus quick responses when questions come up after the crew leaves. Speed and quality stand out in how they handle both small repairs and larger insulation upgrades without dragging things out. DIRT Score 4.83 from 631 reviews on Finds.

“Very satisfied with the service we received from Thermo-S Insulation. We received the following services: advanced BPI duct seal, new/proper recessed light covers, Thermo shield, added insulation to attic knee walls, and more blown in by insulation. Attic actually seems cooler than the house right now. Very professional. Rafa & Ricardo were a pleasure to work with. Thanks for the great work! Definitely will recommend.”

“We met Thermo S Insulation a few years ago when we were trying to find ways to improve the energy efficiency of our home, while decreasing our monthly expenses (ie the cost of air conditioning in the summer was outrageous). I found their company information from the SRP website as a trusted vendor, after a basic home energy audit was unable to uncover the reason for our astronomical summer energy bills. I had already replaced the outdated single pane windows with double pane, and though outside noise was reduced, it did not have any significant impact on our energy bill. Thermo S came out for an evaluation of our situation, and though our attic insulation had degraded over the years to having nearly none left in some places (he provided photos), he said he definitely could improve our ener”
