Xavier was out here this week to service our A/C for the summer. Within about 1 minute of opening the door to the unit inside he found a blockage removed it. Then he was up on the garage checking out the other part of the unit there. He was quick, thorough and communicated very well. What super nice young man. Valley services had somebody out the next day, and we were up and running again on Sunday. They knew the make and model, anticipated the need for a replacement drain pump from its history (this machine is notorious), and had it in hand. They also quickly went over the drier and recovered some coins and miscellaneous items making noise, so both machines were running like new again.”

“I have used Valley Services a few times. I do like how easy the scheduling is, how fast they show up, and the techs are always very nice. The first few jobs were reasonably priced. I learned during the last appointment that everything is a flat rate for labor which probably makes it easier in their system but it would be nice not to be paying $300 in labor when something is fairly quick. I would rather have a tech say "our labor rate is $100 per hour" instead of feeling like a job takes an hour and you are charged $300.”
