“I called not once but twice in less than a week and Michael showed up both times, with a smile and knowledge of the job he was there to perform. First was for my urinal that wouldn’t flush and second was my toilet that a guest stood on the back of and broke the tank (I own an event venue business) and flooded the bathroom 😳🙄. Update: The service department contacted me and was genuinely interested in making it right which I appreciate. They sent another tech out, no charge, and performed a follow-up service.
