“Woke up thinking am I having a heart attack, I was sweating like a dog. Came out to look at the thermostat and was met by my son who said, yeah it stopped working around 2am. So, I started the fun job of trying to find a reliable, honest A/C company that could come out on a holiday weekend and see if anything could be done. I called three companies and Copeland was the only one that answered the phone. One did call me back, who immediately said "It would be double, and couldn't come till 4:30pm" no good morning, or what was the issue just bam! I politely declined and called Copeland where I was greeted by Julie, and knew I was in the right place, she is a pleasure to deal with. She set up an appointment for 11-1 (it was already after 9am) but said the technician might come earlier (um, yes please). And earlier he did by 10:30am Jakob was at our door, a quick review of the problem, checked the unit, diagnosed a starter...ran to get the part and by the time I realized he was back he was done. It was 11:30am, barely past the time he was supposed to be there in the first place. Sure I could have spent hours trying to find a better deal but honestly I'm not sure there would have been. I spent the rest of the day telling everyone from our neighborhood facebook group to the people waiting at Firestone what a fantastic experience I had with Copeland. Thank you again, thank you Jakob and I am definitely keeping your number in my contacts.”
