“If I would’ve been able to give negative 5 stars I would’ve I reported my A/C took 4 days to arrive. The service man arrives late afternoon says I needed a capacitor a common on. Not on his truck. So he offered to have company order it. Get and email Wednesday afternoon saying ordered and should get it 24 hours I call Thursday they say perhaps get in installed sometime next week. Terrible service don’t use this Mickey Mouse outfit to even change a screw”

“Would not recommend. Tried to use through first American home warranty and they said my compressor was out . We were given an estimate of $1,800 before they would start on the job. My family was without an AC for over a week already because they didn’t get in any hurry to fix our issue. We called another AC repair company and they were able to fix our AC for half the price.”

“I hesitated to call EMS because I was a bit outside their service area and I’m glad I did anyway! Tonya answered my call and made me feel like I was already a part of their client family! Not only did they say yes, they said Emilio would be out the same day. I received a call from Emilio shortly after and he asked specific questions about my issue and provided me with expectations on ETA (even offered to bring a snack if I wanted something from the convenience store!). Emilio was able to figure out our issue and called/ordered the warranty parts I needed (so glad I didn’t have to). He did a great job keeping us informed and being transparent as to what he was doing. We’re due a follow up service to install parts and we’re hoping Emilio will be back with other great technicians from the team on installation day! Definitely recommend EMS to anyone with a AC/Heating issue. Keep up the great customer service!”
