It only took a phone call to schedule a same day visit with a diagnostic . I was so impressed when they showed on the next morning with a complete team and a new unit! The most important is the efficiency and caring for my family in the Texas heat . My family had the best comfort sleep that same night. A big Thanks to FERSA and the amazing team!!!! In the new addition to my home. I didn’t think twice I called once again for the installation of new ac/heating air ducks installation same as electrical wiring for interior and exterior of my house. “Luis and his team are great. They competed the work in a timely manner and did a great job. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. They replaced the entire system and cleaned up everything. My old HVAC system was old. AC was 20 years old and the furnace/air handler was 28 years old. The ductwork was a mess. It was time for all new equipment. I researched several different options and got 4 estimates. Luis was great. He went through all of the options just like the rest of the people we got estimates from. I asked him what he would do if it was his house and he didn’t try to upsell us.
